friendly reminder that sherlock publicly shamed sally donovan in “a study in pink,” and revealed incredibly personal information about her private life in her workplace as a means of demeaning her
Friendly reminder that she started it. I have no idea how everyone keeps forgetting that she was the first to hurl verbal abuse and it’s not like he broad cast her sexual encounters with Anderson to the world, the only people who heard it were Donovan, Anderson and John.
Anonymous asked: are you close to a new chapter of what will survive us is love?
Getting there. Spent the last week moving out of my apartment and back to my mom’s house. With finals coming up, there hasn’t been much time. I know I promised Friday, but I might have to extend it a week. I’m really sorry, but reality reared its ugly head in all the busiest ways. I’ll have it up as soon as I can, and I’m really sorry for the wait!!
Remember this chick?
If you don’t, she’s Kali. She’s the god of destruction and violence. But she also works with blood spells. She took the Winchesters’ blood to put them on a ‘leash’. With their blood, she could do anything. Kill them, hurt them, bring them back to life…
She didn’t just take their blood.
She took Gabriel’s, too. Kali didn’t die. She still has Gabriel’s blood.
She can bring Gabriel back to life.
Oh, look! An incredibly creative, believable and interesting plot line that the writer’s of Supernatural will never investigate or use because they have literally no ability to tie any minor arc into major arcs.
Supernatural: Great character arcs, still sucking at Urban Fantasy.
YAAAAY!!! One more reference to the Fae! Which makes a grand total of two for the whole entire series. Pat yourselves on the backs, writers. You’re branching out!!!
/end of sarcasm/
Seriously, the character arcs in Meta Fiction were great, Dean’s going nuts, and I seriously wanna know if Cas decided to go darkside again or if his actions are being literally controlled by Metatron (which is where my money is). It was great to see Gabriel.
The overlying plot still blows. I’m still tired and sick to fucking death of angels and demons, and I have been watching a lot of Buffy lately, so seeing UF done well is making SPN look really bland by comparison.
I would love it if someone explained to me how there have been Griffins in this universe and we’ve never seen one. You know, since they aren’t the most docile of creatures.
I would really love to see what the old-world Gods think of this Angels on Earth bullshit. But I think that would mean introducing mythologies that don’t coincide with Christianity and actually being respectful of them… The writers of Supernatural are just not that talented.
All in all, I stay because Cas is either going to get good character development or none at all, and Dean has a 60-40 chance of going apeshit and Sam is completely useless these days and I’d like to see something - anything - happen to him.
Mostly, I think what Supernatural needs at this point is a good death. Maybe a musical episode and then a good death.
But yeah, the writers fucking suck. I hate them so much. They took a show with amazing potential and just gutted it.
An asexual and pansexual become room-mates and have wacky adventures
The show is called ‘All or Nothing’
Plot twist: the asexual is really super outgoing and is a huge flirt while the pansexual is extremely socially awkward and has trouble ordering coffee let alone getting a date.
my hand slipped
OH MY GOD! This speaks to me and my best friend on about a zillion different levels.
Anonymous asked: How's the next "What Will Survive Us is Love" chapter going? (kind of dying here)
Ugh, slowly. Moving out of my apartment, so I haven’t had much time to write. Thankfully, today is my day off, so I will have some solid hours to grind it out. Thanks for the nudge, I am so lazy! Lol. I will aim for having the next chapter up by friday or the weekend at latest.
